Website and inspection requests

Website information is general information. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment, fee, inspection scope, or service. Inspection services are controlled by the applicable written agreement and any required authorization.

Inspection limitation

A home inspection is visual and non-invasive unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. It is not a warranty, guarantee, insurance policy, engineering service, environmental assessment, destructive investigation, or assurance that concealed or future defects do not exist. Conditions are reported as observed at the time of inspection within the agreed scope and access limitations.

SMS messaging program

If you opt in, messages may include appointment confirmations or changes, inspection-access coordination, report-ready notifications, requested document or secure-link delivery, customer-care follow-up, and responses to your inquiry.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing/promotional purposes.

Report use

Reports are prepared for the client and authorized recipients identified for the inspection, subject to the inspection agreement. Third parties should not rely on a report beyond rights expressly provided by applicable agreement or law.
