Home inspection questions, answered clearly.
What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of accessible systems and components within the scope defined by the inspection agreement.
Does the inspection guarantee that nothing will fail?
No. Conditions can be concealed, intermittent, inaccessible, or change after inspection. The report is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy.
Can I attend?
Attendance may be helpful when access, property rules, and scheduling allow. Ask when confirming your appointment.
Do you inspect everything?
No inspection can cover every concealed or inaccessible condition. The signed inspection agreement identifies the scope, limitations, and exclusions for your service.
What happens if a specialist is recommended?
The report may recommend evaluation or repair by a qualified specialist when an observed condition is outside the inspection scope or deserves more detailed analysis.
Can my agent receive the report?
Yes, when authorized. The CRM can generate a separate secure report link for an authorized real-estate agent, buyer/client, or property owner.
How do I schedule?
Submit the schedule request form or call/text 678-215-6562. A request is not confirmed until availability, access, fee, and the applicable agreement are confirmed.
